Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth is seeking a licensed RN to provide comprehensive pediatric nursing care at St Marys Medical Center. The role requires strong communication, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the ability to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.

The position is full or part-time with 0.75 FTE noted and a day/night rotation. BCLS and PALS certifications are expected within specified timeframes. Union posting deadline and benefits are included in the posting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Currently employed as an RN with a minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience.
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required.
