Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing management of complex medical conditions.
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and other healthcare professionals.
Supervise and educate residents, fellows, and medical students.
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Education
