Kadlec Regional Medical Center’s Hospital Medicine service is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Hospitalist to join a dynamic group in Richland, Washington. Pediatric hospitalists do not attend deliveries but provide on-call services to the birth center, with access to a Level III NICU and a pediatric ward.

This full-time, inpatient-only role offers a predictable schedule: 24-hour shifts, 122 per year, and competitive compensation ranging from $247,373 to $312,323 annually.

Kadlec is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Hospitalist physician. Pediatric hospitalists do not attend deliveries but provide on‑call services to the birth center.
