Job summary

Penn State Health Children’s Hospital in Hershey, PA is recruiting a Pediatric Hospitalist to join a division of 16 faculty and 6 NP/PA’s. You will provide inpatient care, lead learners, and participate in teaching, quality improvement, and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent; license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• BC/BE in General Pediatrics; Pediatric Hospital Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and consultation pediatric hospital medicine care at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital.
• Lead a diverse team of advanced practice providers, pediatric residents, medical students, and other learners.
• Engage in teaching, quality improvement, education, and research activities.
• Participate in subspecialty consultations as part of a tertiary referral center.
