Essentia Health is seeking full-time Pediatric Hospitalists to join the pediatric inpatient service in Fargo, ND. The team currently includes 3 physicians and 3 APPs, with dyad coverage and 24-hour shift blocks.

This role offers excellent compensation, paid malpractice insurance, and leadership opportunities. Candidates should be BE/BC pediatricians with strong communication and teamwork skills, and are expected to contribute to a collaborative hospital medicine program.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Pediatrician required.
• Pediatric candidates only.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric hospitalist services in inpatient setting.
• Schedule consists of consecutive blocks with 24-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers for dyad coverage.
• No ICU, PICU, or NICU coverage.
