Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate care, organize tasks, and manage multiple priorities in a clinical setting.
• Licensed as RN/APRN/PA with required state credentials and BLS/PALS per hospital policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care within a collaborative practice model.
• Perform histories, physicals, and assess pediatric patients.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families; refer to other providers when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and health-care teams to ensure coordinated care.
