Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. invites a Pediatric Hospitalist to join our Coastal Oregon team. This role focuses on inpatient coverage, caring for inpatients, assisting with deliveries, stabilizing newborns for transport, and managing children with chronic conditions.

You will collaborate with medical students and residents, share nurse call, and join three other pediatricians at Level 1 Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. This is a part-time, on-site position with a strong team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient coverage only, caring for hospitalized children.
• Attend some deliveries and stabilize newborns for transport.
• Manage children with chronic medical problems.
• Collaborate with medical students and residents.
• Share nurse call and work with a team of pediatricians.
• Be part of Level 1 nursery at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital.
• Pediatric call 1:3 and part-time scheduling.
