Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative in the Bronx, NY, is seeking a Pediatric Hospital Medicine physician to join our academic division. The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible and dedicated to clinical care of hospitalized children and education of learners.

Leadership opportunities exist; fellowship or advanced training is preferred. Salary ranges from $175,000 to $210,000 with productivity incentives and comprehensive benefits.

CHAM is a quaternary care, academic children’s hospital in New York City, serving the diverse patient population of the Bronx, Westchester County and the Hudson Valley. Our Division includes 16 pediatric hospitalists and 11 physician assistants. The Division has a strong foundation in Quality and Performance Improvement, educational innovation, and research. In addition, we are proud to have a premier PHM fellowship, and our division members are core faculty for the pediatric residency program and medical student education.We are looking for a Board certified/Board eligible candidate who is committed to a career in academic Pediatric Hospital Medicine. That candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic and will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The candidate must be an outstanding clinician dedicated to the care of hospitalized children and their families, and an excellent educator of learners at all levels. We are particularly interested in candidates with research and/or quality improvement training/experience. Leadership opportunities are available for qualified candidates. Scholarly productivity expectations will be aligned with the candidate’s interests and the Division’s mission. Fellowship or advanced training is strongly preferred. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.In addition to a competitive salary of $175,000-$210,000 commensurate with academic rank, we offer the opportunity to enhance compensation with clinical productivity incentives and bonuses.
