Job summary

Star Pediatrics by Abound Health is seeking compassionate RN or LPN nurses to provide 1:1 skilled pediatric nursing for patients with complex medical needs in home, school or transport settings, across New Jersey. You will join a dedicated team focused on safety, dignity and positive outcomes for children.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with Day, Evening or Overnight shifts (8-, 10-, or 12-hour).

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
• Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home, school or transport for day, evening, and overnight shifts. Typical diagnosis you will see are GT, Seizure disorder, cardiac conditions, NGT, and Trach/Vent.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey
• Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour (Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay).

Benefits:

(For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week. Which begin on your 60th day of employment following first of the month).
