Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Tonganoxie, Kansas, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care during weekend overnight shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

Eligible candidates may receive a $2,000 referral bonus and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Competitive pay with weekly paychecks and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Education
