Pediatric Home Service PHS is seeking compassionate nurses to provide skilled pediatric nursing in the home and school settings in St. Cloud, MN. You will support children with complex medical needs to thrive in familiar surroundings.

You’ll assess patients, administer meds and therapies, manage airway and feeding tubes, document diligently, and coach families through care plans. This role emphasizes one-on-one interactions and meaningful, lasting patient relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patients condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications treatments and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach ventilator airway and G tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
