Care Options for Kids in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse with pediatric home health expertise to deliver focused, one-to-one nursing in the home environment. You will support high-acuity pediatric patients while maintaining consistent family relationships and clinical judgment.

The role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and a supportive team. Active Florida RN license and BLS CPR are required, with training available as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida RN license (active)
• Current BLS CPR certification
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Apply clinical judgment to high-acuity cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
• Collaborate with families and the care team.
• Follow CDC-aligned safety protocols.
