Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State RN license or compact license.
• 1 year home health experience.
• 1 year pediatric experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents at the home setting according to the plan of care.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinically.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies as ordered by the physician.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure quality care and safety.
