BrightStar Care - Cleveland West seeks anexperienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support pediatric clients in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina counties. You will handle admissions, urgent staffing, skilled visits, and ongoing case management while delivering high quality patient care.

The role requires at least 3 years of clinical nursing and a valid Ohio RN license, with CPR certification and reliable transportation.

Formación

• Requires Ohio RN license and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum one year of case management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide infant pediatric care and monitor seizures.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Administer medications and manage treatments within RN scope.
• Perform initial/reassessments and safety evaluations.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
