Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct and indirect care in patients' homes. The role includes supervising caregivers, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring adherence to physician orders and plans of care.

The RN will assess patients, administer meds, document actions, and communicate with physicians and families. State licensing and CPR certification are required; prior nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
• CPR professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care per Physicians Orders and Plan of Care.
• Documents nursing actions and informs physicians and family.
• Administers and monitors medications as prescribed.
• Conducts nursing assessment visits as needed.
• Follows policies and procedures per regulations.
• Performs supervisory visits and reviews care plans and documentation.
• Implements nursing support in home settings.
• Collaborates with Director or Nurse Supervisor and Branch Manager.
• Participates in staff meetings and trainings.
• Ensures compliance with physician orders.
