Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking compassionate Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in their homes.

You will conduct pediatric assessments, administer medications, provide trach/vent and G-tube care, monitor health, and collaborate with families, physicians and the care team to ensure safe, developmentally appropriate treatment.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN license.
• Compassionate with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
