Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth in Memphis, TN is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

This role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting. Flexible scheduling supports full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with days, nights, and weekend options.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (Tennessee)
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
