A devoted father is seeking to bring his 5-month-old son home and needs dedicated pediatric nurses to provide top-tier care in a loving environment. The case involves a 5-month-old boy with G-tube care and oxygen monitoring, requiring careful transfers and developmental support.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/Vent knowledge is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (G-Tube/GJ-Tube feedings, medication administration, Trach/Vent management).
• Monitor and document vitals and symptoms in the EMR system.
• Assist with ADLs, repositioning, hygiene, and mobility.
