Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Candler, NC and surrounding areas.

This role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with patients and families, delivering high-quality, individualized home health care, and working in a nurse-founded, clinically led organization with a strong HALOS culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• High-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Deliver care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.
• Educate patients and families to support improved outcomes.
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Respond to changes in patient condition.
