Job summary
Reliance Home Health Caregivers in Chicago seeks a licensed RN or LPN for pediatric private duty care (16-year-old with G-tube, trach, and vent). Immediate start for Tue/Wed and alternating Saturdays, 7a-5p, with full/part-time options.
We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a supportive team including schedulers and case managers to place the right nurse with each case.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid LPN or RN license in Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care as RN/LPN
- Valid CPR certification
