Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role you will work with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled nursing care in the patient’s home, minimizing interruptions and building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Current, active Illinois LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to follow plans of care and ensure patient safety.
