Qualifications
Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or multistate equivalent required.
Must have TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
Must possess valid BLS CPR card obtained in person.
Driver's license needed for home visits.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care to patients.
Work closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership.
Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize PPE as necessary.
