Care Options for Kids is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric home health services in Greeley, CO. You’ll support OT treatment plans under licensed OT supervision and help children build functional skills in daily routines.

You’ll partner with families to promote carryover in real-world environments and may collaborate with Early Intervention teams. This role offers flexible career paths and strong clinical support.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License.
