Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Pediatric home care experience preferred.
• Trach, vent and G-tube experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification; Aveanna can assist in obtaining if needed.
• TB skin test within last 12 months; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Care for medically complex patients including trach/vent/G-tube support.
• Work night and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling.
