Job summary

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) seeks RN or LPN nurses to provide skilled pediatric care in home and school settings in Minnesota. You’ll cover 12-hour day and overnight shifts, including every other Saturday, with emphasis on family-centered care and safety.

We prioritize compassionate, complex pediatric nursing, offering flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive team that helps you grow while making a meaningful impact on children and families.

Qualifications

• Minnesota nursing license (RN or LPN) required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/overnights.
• Experience in pediatric home care not required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
