Job summary

A New Hope Home Care is seeking dedicated pediatric home health nurses to provide one-on-one care for children with medical complexities in their homes. You will manage trach/vent care, administer treatments, and support families with compassionate, professional service.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed).
• Experience in pediatric/home care is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Perform trach/vent care and management.
• Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Educate and support families.
• Assist with ADLs as needed.
