Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring pediatric home care nurses (RN or LPN) for overnight shifts in Ava, MO and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing to pediatric and young adult patients at home, with comprehensive hands-on training before your first shift.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in the state of practice.
• Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus but not required; full clinical training is provided.
• Strong critical thinking and communication are essential for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care per physician plan of care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Manage equipment such as G-tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilators as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records.
• Collaborate with family, care team, and supervisors to ensure quality care.
