Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring compassionate nurses to provide one-on-one home nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and perform treatments ordered by physicians in patients' homes.

Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license) and a valid driver's license are required. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training, and mileage reimbursement to support you and your patients.
