Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking licensed LPNs and RNs to join our pediatric home health team. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, focusing on comfort, safety, and family-centered support.

We provide training, ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles, with competitive pay and premium shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred, but training provided.
• Ability to work in home-based settings.
• Comfort with home care environment.

Responsibilities
