Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an LPN or RN for pediatric home health care in Wisconsin. The position offers a day shift (7 am–5 pm), support from a caring team, on-the-job training, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

Openings include full-time, part-time and PRN at our Marshfield location. Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license in Wisconsin; pediatric/home-care experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Pediatric or home-care experience preferred but not required; full clinical training provided.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills with dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime pediatric home health nursing care Mon-Fri (7 am–5 pm).
• Support an 11-year-old female patient and coordinate with family and care team.
