Towne Kids in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide pediatric home care in private residences and community settings across the state.

Qualifications

• Active NJ LPN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Pediatric or home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to each patient's plan of care.
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Communicate changes in condition to the appropriate care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow applicable safety, infection prevention, privacy, and agency standards.
