Care Options for Kids in the United States is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one in-home pediatric nursing care. You will work with a clinical team, following a personalized plan of care and delivering high-quality care in a family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a RN
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
