BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Camden County Pediatric team. You will support high-acuity pediatric clients with trach and vent needs in their home, providing dedicated one-to-one care and coordinating with CHOP multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Pediatric trach and vent experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-to-one client care in private duty pediatric home setting.
• Travel to one client home and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Follow up with and properly document interventions and evaluations.
