Nemours in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Hematology/Oncology physician with a clinical focus in Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy to join our multidisciplinary program.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, collaborate with oncologists, transplant specialists, APs, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and researchers, and participate in education of medical students, residents, and

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
• Florida medical license eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for pediatric patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapies.
• Evaluate and manage hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, bone marrow failure syndromes, immunodeficiencies, and other conditions requiring cellular therapies or transplantation.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient care across the continuum of transplant treatment, including pre-transplant evaluation, transplant management, and long-term survivorship follow-up.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics and collaborative care conferences.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy program.
• Collaborate with clinical research teams and participate in institutional, cooperative group, translational, and clinical research initiatives.
• Engage in quality, safety, and process improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in call coverage and other departmental responsibilities as assigned.
