Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital pharmacy in pediatrics.
• Georgia licensed pharmacist and residency or equivalent experience.
• ASHP-Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or Equivalent Experience.
• ASHP-Accredited PGY2 Oncology or Pediatrics Residency or Equivalent Experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs production and distributive pharmacy responsibilities.
• Provides drug information and medication use education to healthcare professionals.
• Maintains accurate patient medication profiles and coordinates medication needs.

Skills
