Job summary

Phoenix Children's is seeking a full-time pediatric hematologist/oncologist with interest in benign hematology, immune deficiencies and WBC disorders, or bone marrow failure syndromes. The role emphasizes clinical care, teaching and involvement in clinical trials within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will support inpatient and outpatient management, contribute to program development and collaborate across divisions to advance care for Southwestern patients.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric hematology-oncology.
• Ability to work with teams on patient-centered, division-wide and hospital-wide initiatives.
• Experience in clinical research and program development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient patient care as part of the Division of Hematology/Oncology/BMT.
• Engage in teaching and supervision of trainees and allied health staff.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to program development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex hematology/oncology cases.
