Qualifications

• PharmD required.
• PGY-1 residency or 5 years pediatric hospital experience required.
• Active pharmacist license in DE/NJ/PA.
• Board certification in relevant specialties or must obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for accuracy and optimize pharmacotherapy.
• Educate and collaborate with medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff.
• Provide specialized pharmaceutical services to improve drug outcomes and safety.
• Develop quality improvement projects and participate in medication use review.
• Mentor pharmacy students and residents; support training programs.
