Job summary

Cook Children's Health Care System in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Hand Surgeon to join a busy pediatric orthopedic practice serving children and adolescents.

The successful candidate will have completed accredited orthopedic or plastic surgery training and be ABOS board certified or board eligible; an unrestricted Texas medical license is required before employment; hand fellowship and CAQ are preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board eligibility.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• Unrestricted Texas medical license before start date.
• Non-institutional DEA registration.
• Completed ACGME/AMA pediatric orthopedic surgery residency.
• Board certified or eligible in orthopedic or plastic surgery.
• Hand fellowship training required.
• CAQ in hand surgery or eligible.
