Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a pediatric psychologist to support the gastroenterology program in the outpatient setting. Qualifications

  • APA-accredited doctoral program in clinical or school psychology.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Ohio and eligible for PsyPACT participation.
  • Postdoctoral training with a focus on pediatric psychology in a health/medical setting.
  • Experience with gastrointestinal disorders and co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological assessment and deliver evidence-based interventions to children and adolescents with GI concerns in the outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with faculty in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, the Colorectal Center, and Behavioral Medicine & Clinical Psychology.
  • Engage in program development, supervision and teaching of psychology trainees and medical residents, and participate in clinical research.
