Job summary

Akron Children’s is seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join a 12-physician, 7-NP team dedicated to advancing clinical care, education, and research in a growing program. The successful candidate will participate in teaching residents, medical students, and GI fellows while delivering comprehensive GI services for children.

Requirements include an MD/DO, board certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology, and the ability to obtain an Ohio medical license.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board-certified in pediatric gastroenterology.
• Eligible for an active medical license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pediatric gastroenterology care.
• Mentor and educate pediatric residents, medical students, and fellows.
• Contribute to the academic mission of the division through research and education.
