You will collaborate with RNs and the care team to evaluate plans and progress, under supervision, following VUMC standards and licensure rules.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no major on-call requirements, and offers comprehensive benefits and nursing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fundamental nursing documentation proficiency; record data accurately.
• Ability to educate patients and families in basic care.
• Participation in developing and following the plan of care.
• Demonstrated nursing interventions under licensed supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patients, families, and health care providers in care delivery.
• Follows plan of care to ensure patient progress and outcomes.
• Supports plans to promote health and a safe environment.
• Performs duties within nursing scope and assigns tasks as appropriate.
