Job summary

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and a nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred). You will collaborate across disciplines, promote culturally competent care, and support departmental goals while maintaining patient privacy

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certification in clinical specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching for diverse patients and families.
• Delegates and manages nursing team resources within the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluates data to promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Promotes patient satisfaction and staff morale in nursing.
• Adapts interactions to patient diversity and privacy considerations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
