Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform medical evaluations, treatments, counseling, and referrals.
• Conduct physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Provide live/virtual care when appropriate on the St. Luke's platform.
• Participate in teaching and clinical education initiatives.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation aligned with billing requirements.
