Responsibilities include startup, enrollment, sponsor reporting, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on financial sustainability and collaboration with CHRI and CHOR leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing federal, foundation, and industry-sponsored trials.
• 10 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in project management and research compliance.
• Master’s level or equivalent in related field; higher education in health sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for pediatric genetic therapies clinical research program.
• Establish and optimize research infrastructure across multiple departments and locations.
• Oversee day-to-day operational management of clinical trials, including startup, activation, enrollment, and closeout.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, sponsor reporting, data quality, and financial feasibility of studies.
• Develop staffing models and supervise research staff.
• Coordinate with CHRI and CHOR executives; support international participant recruitment.
