Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Surgeon to join Lakeland Regional Health in Lakeland, Florida.

You will work with a team of surgeons, participate in pediatric residency education, engage in research, and enjoy a balanced 1:3 call schedule with strong support from subspecialists.

A $50k sign-on bonus, mortgage assistance, relocation packages, 403B with employer match, and CME/ dues allowance accompany a top-quartile base compensation and annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in pediatric surgery.
• Valid state medical license.

Responsibilities

• Engage in pediatric residency education and mentorship.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
