Kids Dental Tacoma, part of Lone Peak Dental Group, is looking for a reliable, energetic Front Desk Coordinator to welcome families and manage front desk operations in a kid-friendly environment. You will be part of a supportive team that values compassionate care and teamwork.

This full-time role may require some Saturdays, with training provided for the right candidate. Experience with Denticon is a plus and Spanish speaking is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming kiddos and caregivers at the front desk.
• Assisting doctors and team to provide top-notch care.
• Maintain smooth patient flow and kid-friendly environment.
• Manage scheduling, inquiries, and basic administrative tasks.
