Lone Peak Dental Group is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for its Columbus, OH location, part of the Smiles 4 Life practice. You’ll welcome children and families, support clinicians, and help deliver a positive, kid-friendly visit from check-in to check-out.

We offer a full-time schedule with 30+ hours per week, a supportive team, and a benefits package. Prior experience with Denticon is a plus, and training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience, and we will train the right person!
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming kiddos and caregivers and ensuring a friendly check-in.
• Assisting doctors and staff to provide quality care to patients.
• Creating a fun and engaging patient experience and smooth flow of appointments.
• Maintaining a kid-friendly environment and excellent front desk operations.
