Job summary

Penn State Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology Medicine’s Feeding Clinic. This outpatient role serves ages 0–18, working with a full interdisciplinary team of therapists, nutritionists, and speech-language pathologists.

Ideal candidates have a PhD or PsyD with pediatric experience, especially in feeding disorders and neurodevelopmental disabilities such as autism, and enjoy teaching, supervision, and research within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist with experience in pediatric populations.
• Clinical background in feeding disorders, eating challenges, or pediatric behavioral health.
• Experience with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, especially autism.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only role focused on pediatric feeding.
• Collaborate with Speech, Nutrition, and Pediatric GI.
• Manage a steady daily caseload (~5 patients).
• Teach and mentor residents and graduate students.
• Engage in teaching, research, and community outreach.
• Supervise a master’s level therapist.
• Academic rank determined by qualifications.
