Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Child Life Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates goals to support psychosocial and developmental needs of pediatric and neonatal patients.
• Works with the multidisciplinary team to educate patients and families and to plan a care plan.
• Collaborates with departments to plan activities that help families normalize hospital experiences.
• Acts as a patient and family advocate through family-centered care.
• Provides education and supervision of student interns for the Child Life Department.
