Qualifications

Eligible to pass DCFS background clearance.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychological evaluations and maintain a small therapy caseload.
Oversee evaluation services to ensure ethical, contract-compliant, evidence-based care.
Manage referral pipelines, service delivery, and compliance with contracts.
Monitor evaluation program income and ensure financial sustainability.
Recruit, hire, and supervise evaluation staff and trainees.
Serve on the Leadership Team and support training, research, and grant initiatives.
