Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years assessment experience, preferably with child welfare populations.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred, preferably with a multidisciplinary team.
• Eligible to pass DCFS background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and maintain a small therapy caseload.
• Oversee evaluation services to ensure ethical, contract-compliant, evidence-based care.
• Manage referral pipelines, service delivery, and compliance with contracts.
• Monitor evaluation program income and ensure financial sustainability.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise evaluation staff and trainees.
• Serve on the Leadership Team and support training, research, and grant initiatives.
